Renames and amending things

Hello,
I’ve integrated with Easy Digital Downloads and I need to:

On the basket page:
1. Rename the address fields (e.g. it says State/Province and should say County as we are in the UK). And there is a mixture of Invoice and Billing words used.

On the purchase confirmation page:
1. Rename ‘Thank you for your purchase!’ on the Purchase Confirmation page.
2. Rename: ‘Print Ticket’ to ‘Print your confirmation email’.
3. Add a logo image to the top of ticket template.

Ticket email:
1. Rename the subject from ‘Your ticker from [site]’ to ‘Thank you for registering.’
2. Add logo image to this email

Further to this I need to:
– Hide the Print Ticket option from the receipt email.
– Remove the line that gets automatically added that says ‘You’ll receive your tickets in another email’
– Remove QR from the ticket email (I have used your plugin to hide the QR from the webpage ticket).

Hi, Steve.

Event Tickets Plus sends ticket products to the EDD cart but doesn’t handle anything from there. Therefore, if you want to customize something on the checkout page, please check with EDD’s support team or guides on customizing.

Regarding customizing emails, please reference our Themer’s Guide for both Event Tickets (email.php) and/or Event Tickets Plus (tickets.php)

And the code snippet from https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-remove-youll-receive-your-tickets-in-another-email-in-events-tickets/#post-1087394 except replace “woo” with “edd” in all places.

Regarding the “Print Ticket” textual link that’s included in the purchase confirmation email, it would instead read “No downloadable files found.” without being linked to anywhere. It’s just the way EDD works, since there are downloadable files for each purchase. I’m guessing this isn’t what you’d want anyway.

The plugin for removing the QR codes has only removed them from the link that you click on that says Print Ticket. It does not remove it from the automated email that is received after placing the order.

Can you advise any further please?
