    Hi,

    I renewed our pro subscription here last week – using new card details – but I got an email today saying our subscription had expired – can you please look into this?

    I checked your account and license and the Pro subscription is active until 2017-09-12.

    In other words, the renewal went great and you can disregard the email you received.
