Mark
ParticipantI want to get ride of the information in the header using the custom CSS in my Elegantthemes.com Vertex theme. I saw some code that is heading that direction
.tribe_community_edit article header span.catItemDateCreated, .tribe_community_edit article header p.meta {
display:none !important;
}But, that doesn’t do it…
Thank you! Mark

ModeratorHi Mark,
Welcome to the forums!
So I can better assist you, can you please provide a link to an event listing or page. Please provide the specific heading you want hidden and I’ll do my best to locate the CSS class.
One thing you may want to try is by visiting the page you’re trying to hide the header on. Once there, right-click on your mouse and open “Inspect”. This is a helpful tool that can help easily locate the CSS class.
Thanks for choosing PRO and I look forward to hearing back. Have a great week 🙂

ParticipantThis is an intranet site – could we do a brief webex so you can look around? Thanks. Mark

ModeratorHey Mark,
We unfortunately don’t offer any type of video or phone support. Is there any possibility you can put the site on a live site temporarily so I can see what’s going on? Or are you able to share screenshots?
Thanks for the response and have a great day 🙂

ModeratorHey Mark,
Thanks for providing the screenshot. The text you highlighted doesn’t appear to come from our plugins. My best guess is it’s a theme feature, so you might want to try contacting your theme author. One other idea I have would be to right-click on your mouse and open up “Inspect” – you can identify the CSS classes this way.
I hope this information helps and best of luck with the customizations. Have a great day!
