Remove requirement for billing info when ordering free tickets

Hi, I offer tickets for classes and some are free. But, when people order a ticket, they are required to enter their billing information. That’s a turn off and I’m probably losing people as a result. How do I allow free events that require a ticket simply require a name/email?

That’s a great question but one that I think relates directly to WooCommerce itself (rather than WooCommerce Tickets). Have you tried asking for help with this from the team over at WooThemes, or from the WooCommerce community on their own support forum?

That’s probably the fastest avenue to a solution 🙂
