We are hosting online events and it won’t be necessary to have a pdf ticket created for each person. Can we remove that from the email? I just don’t want people getting confused.

That didn’t work, but I found where the subject line of the email was and changed it to Receipt attached. So, they can print it out and use it as a receipt. Which worked out perfectly. Thanks for helping me out.

Hi Tara – you’re quite right, I didn’t actually have time to test it before I ran out of the door. But changing the action from plugins_loaded to init (in my snippet) ought to do the trick, though it sounds like you’re all sorted here so I’ll close the ticket 🙂
