Remove Past Events, Organizers & Venues from Site Search

How can I remove Past Events, Organizers & Venues from appearing in site search? I’d still like for upcoming events to appear.

Related, I’d be fine if Past Events didn’t display at all (even in the event calendar) after they were complete as well.

Hello wfaa,

I believe the fastest way to get what you want is to use this 3rd party plugin created by one of our devs.

We don’t officially support it, and be sure to use a proper back up system as it deletes data, but it will clean up your prior events.

Thanks. I left a note on the Plugin about setting it up so that instead of Deleting old events – it simply moves them to “Draft”.
