Hi all!
I’ve setup an Event that uses the EDD Tickets plugin. It works fine. I’ve set the setting of Payment Gateway to manual/testing, due to that we do not use PayPal or any other third-party payment solution. The attendees to our Events do an ordinary bank transfer and then we check the bank statement manually.
Here is where I need help. An attendee sent an e-mail that they had to cancel their attendance to our Event. How do I remove/cancel their bought tickets?
