What’s the proper process to remove a license key instance from a site you no longer maintain?
When I renewed our Developer License recently, I realized that a site we haven’t managed for approximately a year is still using our Developer License. Actually, they were using several of them between local, dev, staging and production versions of the website.
Since the license is not perpetual, I’m not interested in having sites another agency is managing count against our Developer License. At the time of renewal I revoked all the licenses pertaining to those sites, but I noticed today that the production server popped back up in our list of licenses.
What’s the best way to prevent this? Clearly they still have the license key number.
Thanks!
