Remove Event addons from menu

We started using the event calendar and wootickets for our clients. We would like to remove the Event Add-ons from the top bar menu for everyone below administrator rights. Please help me with this.

Hi – great question!

It’s possible to configure a number of things like this by modifying your wp-config.php file slightly. Please see this tutorial for details and these sections in particular:

• Hide upsell
• Disable shop

Hi,
Thank you for your response. We already figured out a different workaround but will be using yours instead.
Working on the menu’s we however found a much more pressing issue we would really love some assistance with. We didn’t want to clutter the forums so you can find it in an old topic: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/community-woocommerce-tickets/

We would love to resolve this. If you can help us with that it would be greatly appreciated and we will definatly buy some other plugins we have our eyes on.(like the filter bar and import FB stuff)

Sure. Casey Driscoll (who was previously managing the other thread) is no longer on the team, but it ought to have been assigned to another team member who will take it forward in due course.

That said, please note that wherever possible we much prefer you do create a fresh thread rather than jump into threads created by other users.
