ParticipantHi,
– I am running Event Tickets Plus and WooCommerce. I would like to remove the step to review the Basket so the user goes straight to WooCommerce Checkout. I have installed WooCommerce Direct Checkout (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-direct-checkout/#installation) but it is not doing anything. How do I skip that step?
– If user doesn’t add any tickets and clicks ‘Add to Cart’ they are taken to a WooCommerce error page that then has a broken link to return to ‘shop’. Can we update so that ‘Add to Cart’ checks to ensure the number of tickets is >0 and returns an error on that page if not?

ParticipantHi Paul,
These both seem to be questions about WooCommerce more than about the built in features of our plugins, but I’ll do my best to get you on the right track here:

We can’t offer full compatibility with free plugins that are designed to do things with WooCommerce, but I think you might find these resources here and here helpful to find an alternative solution to this plugin.

Again, a WooCommerce question, though I think that this StackOverflow solution might help hide the add to cart button until a user inputs quantity, or it may be a good starting point for developing that sort of a function.
For further support, please reach out to WooCommerce directly, though I hope this puts you on the right track!
Best,
Shelby 🙂
