ParticipantHi,
I am not sure where to post this so pardon me if I got the wrong forums. Secondly, I searched for the topic of the same but couldn’t find any, hence the reason for posting this.
Actually, I wanted to ask if there is a way as to check-in the tickets, if due to any unforeseen circumstances, the internet becomes unavailable.
What I was thinking was that the “Security Code” on the ticket that we e-mail the customers could be used as an option for manual check-in, i.e. we could print a list of customers along with their Security Codes and during check-in, we could just ask them to show their ticket (or tell us their security code) and then put a tick mark on the print out in front of the customer that has been checked in.
The problem is that when I looked into the WooCommerce orders section, I couldn’t find the “Security Code” anywhere.
So what’s the point of the security code apart from the obvious reason?
If you have any other alternative, kindly share it.
Thank you. 🙂

ModeratorHey Waseem,
No worries, you’re in the right place! Thanks for reaching out 🙂
I’d definitely recommend printing out a copy of the attendees and their security codes, just in case the internet does go down (good thinking ahead!).
I looked through WooCommerce a bit, and I also do not see the Security Code in the orders. However, I did some digging and it looks like you can get a nice list of attendees and their security code in one place.
Instead of checking out the WooCommerce Orders, please go to Events > events on your admin panel. Do a search for the event you want to see the attendees for. If you hover over that link, you’ll see an option for Attendees. Go ahead and click on that.

Once you get to that page, I think that will be everything you need. You’ll also see a Print button for easy printing 🙂
Let me know if that helps Waseem,
