We’re only one week removed from The Events Calendar 4.0 and are ready with the very first maintenance release for your updating enjoyment.

The Events Calendar 4.0.1 is a minor update to address a few issues we encountered right after release as well as some other updates that refine the goodness from last week’s major update. This round of updates includes most of our premium add-ons and we’ll cover all those changes here so you know what’s new.

If you’ve already updated to The Events Calendar 4.0, then this will be a very smooth transition. If you’re updating from anything earlier or have made significant customizations to the plugins, then please do read the release notes for 4.0 and update in a test environment before updating directly on a live site.

    That said, here what’s new:

The following plugins have not been updated and remain at version 4.0:

    • Facebook Events 4.0
    • Eventbrite Tickets 4.0

    The Events Calendar 4.0.1

    • Tweak – Add a warning message for major updates
