GuestHi.
My process is to go from finding the event to registering and paying for the event/onsitetraining. How does this work with the ECPro? I already have the payment solution implemented through woo commerce.
Thanks,
Marcin

MemberHiĀ Marcin,
We actually offer a ticketing solution that integrates with both The Events Calendar and WooCommerce, so that might be exactly what you’re looking for.
Event Tickets is a free plugin that allows you to create free tickets for events. Once that is installed, you can add Event Tickets Plus to it and that will allow you to create paid tickets for events and take the payments directly in WooCommerce.
With both of those plugins installed, tickets can be created directly in the event editor and they will display on the event page when published, allowing visitors to add tickets to their WooCommerce cart for checkout.
Does this sound like what you’re looking for? Please let me know. š

GuestHi Geoff,
We have already purchased both the calendar pro and the filters.
What I am concerned with is the registration process before the checkout and of course then the checkout process which I understand will go through the ticket plus plugin.
Can you walk me through the event choice, then Key point – REGISTRATION for the event and then go to payment.
Thanks,
MM

MemberHiĀ Marcin and thanks for following up!
Sorry if my last reply was unclear, but it does provide the process for event registration.
To clear any confusion, neither the Events Calendar PRO nor Filter Bar plugins you mention offer event registration as a feature.
That’s where both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus come in. They add the ability to create a way for people to register for events on your site and to pay for the registration. Once you create a ticket for an event with these plugins installed, they are displayed on the event page, where a visitor can choose how many tickets they want to purchase. Once they choose, it takes them to the WooCommerce shopping cart, which allows them to check out and complete the transaction.
Once the order is complete, a ticket is emailed out to the registered attendee. The email contains a QR code that you can scan at the door of the event to check them in and that will get recorded in your attendee reports for the event.
Here is a complete guide that explains the process of taking event registrations and checking in attendees for the event in full detail:

Does this help clarify things a bit? Let me know if you have any other questions and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
