Registration Info?

I’m trying to set up registration information for our event. We paid for the Event Calendar Pro and I haven’t been able to find that feature that I was available?

Event registration is actually in our Event Tickets Plus plugin:

Events Calendar PRO includes a lot of great features (like recurring events and extra calendar views), but you will need Event Tickets (free) and Event Tickets Plus to create tickets for events and take registration information during checkout.

Did you mean to purchase Event Tickets Plus instead of Events Calendar PRO? If so, just let me know and I’d be happy to refund your purchase so you can snag the other plugin.

HI Geoff- Yes I think I ordered the wrong add-on and wanted to really purchase the Event Ticket Plus vs Pro. Could you refund my money for Pro? Do i just go ahead and purchase the event ticket plus seperate?

I just submitted the refund for you and you should see the funds back in your account in 5-10 business days. Feel free to snag Event Tickets Plus in the meantime and you should be good to go.

Just as a tip: Event Tickets Plus does require Event Tickets (free) to be installed in order to work. It provides the framework for tickets and Event Tickets Plus integrates with the ecommerce platform.
