Regisering/paying for an event 1 time on a re-occuring event

I tried searching the documentation but could not find anything.

I’m looking to see if I can have a re-occurring event (a weekly class) which users can register and pay for via the ticket, for only 1 of the occurrences of the event.

Is that possible?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately the tickets for a recurring event apply to all instances of the event. We’re working to modify this in a future release so that each event would have it’s own tickets to manage but it isn’t currently available.

One follow up question in that case.
Is there a way to copy/duplicate events so I could make a bunch of weekly events that are not re-occurring, but are the same event? Not sure if there is a short code way of doing this.

I’d basically me mimicking the functionality of having a re-occurring event, that can be registered for each occurrence, rather than the series.

We don’t have a feature like that built into the plugin, however you could try out a plugin such as the Duplicate Post plugin to see if it works for your needs here.
