    Hello there,

    Recently I published two of my client’s websites for selling aquarium tickets, possible with WooCommerce and Event Tickets Plus.
    The plugin misses some key features but again we managed to find solitons and get the plugin function the way we wanted.

    Now normally when you refund an order, you cannot check-in any of the tickets that belong to the order that was refunded because the button “Check In” will not be available in the Attendees list, but here comes the huge bug which allows refunded ticket orders to check in.

    Apparently all refunded tickets are able to check-in via QR code because you didn’t check if the order was refunded or not.
    For us this is considered a very very huge bug because the logic is not there, it’s like you giving me a refund while I still can receive updates and get support and all of these. Would you do that? I don’t think so.

    I have fixed the code bug relating to this but that means I have disabled the updates because the bug will re-appear when the plugin updates.

    To fix the bug, all what is required is to check the Ticket Order Status on QR.php located at event-tickets-plus > src > Tribe > QR.php.

    I would like to have this bug fixed as soon as possible so I can start using my plugin license again and start getting updates because I didn’t get my Business License to keep an old version of the plugin.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    We appreciate the time that you’ve taken to temporarily fix this issue and appreciate your feedback.  However, we are actually aware of this feature, as it is outlined in our Knowledgeable article on How to Refund or Cancel a Tickets Order, under Attendee Considerations.

    We intentionally leave it up to the site administrator to decide whether or not to leave refunded or cancelled attendees on the list.  You do have the option to delete the attendees from the list, which will not allow them to check in.
