Refunded, but want to renew

Good morning,

A few months back, I purchased Events Calendar Pro for my website, and I wasn’t able to customize how I wanted to. However, we have remodeled the site and would love to use the Pro version of Events Calendar. The only problem is, when I go to the renew license page, I only see that my license was refunded, there is nowhere to renew or purchase again.

Can you please help?
