After updating the plugin, we found out that it only broke our site even more, so we will now need to change our plugins back to the old version. We can no longer use the plugins we purchase: Filter Bar and Community Events. How can I get a refund? I never received a receipt in my inbox, so I don’t know what my purchase number is.
I have gone ahead and refunded the licenses for both Community Events and Filter Bar. You should see those funds back in your account in no more than a few business days.
