    I requested a refund earlier today, as per instructions sent to me in an email and I have not received a conformation for this refund.

    Thanks Jacqueline. I’ll share this with our refunds team member. In the meantime, please resubmit the form. It seems our form is broken at the moment. We are close to moving how we handle refund requests and should have this resolved soon.
