    HI
I have a version of your Events tickets Plus and events calendar pro, I have been trying to get it to work for me over the last 2 weeks, but feel i am wasting my time , What with the clash you now have with Woo commerce 3 and when i rolled it back to 2.7 i am still getting an error message on my checkout I can not in any honesty carry on working with this, can you please refund me the 2 fees and i will delete them from my site. perhaps when you have got this re integrated into woocommerce you can contact me and i will look at re using it.

    regards

    Alan G Gregory

Good afternoon Alan and welcome back!

Thank you for taking the time to write to us.

I have been trying to get it to work for me over the last 2 weeks, but feel i am wasting my time

I am terribly sorry to hear that. I was under the impression your issues only started after upgrading WooCommerce to version 3.

As you can imagine, this is far from our intention and we do apologize for the inconvenience so far.

Normally, with WooCommerce 2.6.14 (to the best of my knowledge WooCommerce 2.7 was never released) it should be possible to have a perfectly smooth integration with our plugins.

I sincerely wish we could have talked to you sooner in the process so that you did not have to go on like this for 2 weeks.

In any case, my colleague Victor has also replied to you in the other thread regarding the pre-release of a patch for WooCommerce 3. I believe that has a legitimate shot at fixing your issues.

Would you mind giving this an ultimate shot ?

The good news is you are fully entitled to a refund if you want one since you are within 30 days of your purchase.

For now, I will just hold off the refund to give you the chance to try this patch.

If you don’t feel like trying it out, please let me know and I will simply process these refunds for you.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Alan,

I totally respect and understand your decision.
I just went ahead and did that for you.

We deeply regret your experience implementing our plugins was not a pleasant one.
We will gladly welcome you back at any time.

Best of luck with your projects.

    Have a good weekend!

    Geoff B.
