    Hello.. I’ve owned Events Plus for less than an hour and realize it doesn’t do what I thought it did. I need a refund immediately. I thought this was a plugin to create products directly for woocommerce. I don’t need a calendar ticketing solution. Please help me get a refund. I will deactivate and uninstall. Thank you.

    I’m really sorry to hear Event Tickets Plus isn’t the right fit for your site — but, hey, that’s what our refund policy is for. 🙂

    I’ve gone ahead and issued a refund for your orders and the funds should be back in your account within 5-10 business days.
