Refund Email

    When we refund a ticket the following email is generated

    Woo tickets

    You can see at the bottom it says that your tickets will be with you shortly (on a refund????)

    Can you please how this can be changed.

    Hey Hugh,

    Really sorry to see this – this looks like a bug on our end for sure!

    I’ve found the code responsible for the code and will make a ticket for our developers to investigate this a bit more closely. I do not have an ETA on when this will be fixed, but hopefully it will be in the next update of Event Tickets Plus since it’s a relatively easy thing to fix.

    Real sorry about the existence of this bug; but thank you for reaching out! We’ll patch this up as soon as possible.
