I’ve just downloaded Events Calendar Pro and it’s not working how I expected. The links and ticketing on the reoccurring events doesn’t even work. Can’t see any reason for buying it if it’s not working.
Please can somebody contact me asap.

We are sorry that the Events Calendar Pro did not meet your expectations.
I would love to help you with this topic.First off, I just went ahead and processed your refund as requested.
The transaction usually takes a couple of days before it shows up on your account.With that in mind, you are absolutely right. At the time of writing, we do not offer support for Event Tickets Plus or Event Tickets with recurring events.
The good news is that we are working on implementing this long requested feature (which very technically involved). Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
With that in mind, you also mentioned the links not working. Would you mind expanding a bit on that ? This would allow us to improve our products.

You’ve only refunded me for the Plus purchase. I bought both the standard package and then the plus so that both would work as I wanted it to.
I don’t want either if it doesn’t work how I thought it would work.
Please can you refund the standard package too. Such a shame the software doesn’t work on repeat dates and payment. It’s like 80% there!

The refund for the Events Calendar Pro has been processed as well.Such a shame the software doesn’t work on repeat dates and payment. It’s like 80% there!
I totally understand how that can be frustrating.
We can’t wait to be able to fully support Event Tickets Plus with recurring events either!Hopefully that will happen shortly after we release our awesome new recurring events engine.
