I purchased a license for the Event Aggregator on Sept 1st to help migrate my events from Staging to Production. The tool not only duplicated all entries that were migrated, but also removed Tags, and changed the Event URL. Now, I am having to go through each event one by one to manually change (which I was trying to avoid by purchasing your plugin). I am not impressed with this tool at all, and would like to get a refund for this. Can you please advise?

We are sorry to hear about the subpar experience you had with Events Aggregator. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.First off, I just went ahead and processed your refund. It will take a couple of days to show up on your account.
Would you mind telling us if you used the “Import from other URL functionality” ? That would help us investigate and improve our products.
With that in mind, there are a couple of things I believe might be helpful to you in the future.
- We highly recommend backing up your database before any large-scale operation. That way you can easily revert back to the previous stage if anything goes wrong.
- Most of our users promoting from staging to production use one of the following methods (which do not require Events Aggregator):
- WordPress’ built-in import / export tool (selecting only events)
- WP All import plugin
- A combination of a DB import plugin and manually uploading any images in the /wp-content/uploads/ folder
