Redirect to New Page after form is submitted

Hello

After an end user fills out the form to submit an event we used to have a bit of code that re-directed them to a page on our website. We recently upgraded to the newest version and it no longer re-directs them to the page we need them to be on. Can you advise on what I can do now to get it to redirect them to the page after they submit an event?

(Don’t forget to remove your own custom code to avoid any conflicts by trying to add the same functionality.)
