We have a couple of events that reoccur weekly and we have a number of tickets for each event. Currently we have using the WooCommerce ticket.
The issue we are having is that ticket amount gets updated for all events when someone registers, (e.g we have 15 tickets, then sonene purchases 1 ticket and all events go down to 14). In looking at everything we realize that this is mostly likely because only one ticket is created on WooCommerce. Is there are way around this? Can’t see how to do it.
If the ticket is free should we be using RSVP ticket instead? Would that work? But what happens if we have an actual payment?
Also is there a way to show on the email receipts which event day the ticket is for?
