    Dear Support,

    I’m trying to create a recurring event, but as you can see on the screenshot the dropdown that should be there, isn’t. How can I create a recurring event?

    Hi Linda,

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble!

    What happens when you click on the “Add another rule” button? Does a dropdown display? If so, great!

    If not, then will you please head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the system information at the bottom of the screen, and paste it here for me as a private reply? That will help me check your settings for any possible issues and direct us where to look from there.

    Hi Linda,

    Thanks for the additional information! This helps a lot and I appreciate it.

    Will you please update Events Calendar PRO to 3.12.6? I see you are running 3.12.5 and I want to make sure you have the latest version installed before we dig too much deeper. Give that a shot and let me know if it makes a difference.

    Hi Geoff,

    For some kind of reason the update didn’t show up in my system. After a manual update it worked!
