Recurring events showing incorrect time after Daylight Savings Time ends

We have a issue with the times on recurring events. When we choose the option “same time” the recurring events go back 1h and when we try to set the time it goes back 2h. We have checked all the timezone settings and tried disable all plugins and used Twenty seventeen theme, same problem. This must be a plugin issue. We have looked through the threads and it seems like more people have the same issue, but no solutions are presented and the threads just die out.

We really need this be solved, we are relying heavily on this plugin.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the Event times. I will try to help get this figured out.

As you said, this has been reported by other users and the developers are currently working on a fix. Could you provide me with the following information:

1) WP timezone
2) Server timezone
3) Timezone handling of TEC (Events > Settings > General tab – https://cloudup.com/cJxYQ0ulUVE)
4) Timezone setting of the specific events (https://cloudup.com/chXmUKvZ1Oj)

This will help us pinpoint the cause of the issue. I will see if there is anything we can do to make it work in the meantime.
