recurring events once show up once in the list view

We use the list view to display events. For events that are recurring I notice that the first (or next) event shows up in the list, but not the 2nd or third. This is problematic in that many of our students will want to book something a couple of months in advance. The events ARE there if you bother to look at the calendar view. What could be causing the discrepancy?

We are sorry to hear about the recurring events not showing past the first recurrence in the list view. I would love to help you with this topic.

Based on your system info, I believe the issue can be fixed by heading to Events -> Settings -> General. Look for “Recurring event instances”, uncheck that box and hit “Save Changes”.

You should now see all of your recurring events in the list view.
