recurring events on the community calendar (self adding)

If we purchase the “pro” option, and we have already purchased the community events add on, will we be able to have visitors add recurring events on their own via the community self add calendar? Or is the “recurring” function only available by the admin on the backend? We need something where visitors can add recurring events when they add their own events. Please advise, thanks!
