Recurring events not working

Hello – I have just purchased and installed Events Calendar Pro, and the sole reason was to be able to set up recurring events. Unfortunately, I have tried to change existing events to recurring but it doesn’t work. I have also tried creating new events that recur, this also doesn’t work. I am entering the event information, selecting “recurring” and using a custom recurrence because the events recur on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of every month, but NOTHING.

Sorry to hear about the troubles. So what exactly is happening when you try to make an existing event recurring or create a new one? Do you get an error or anything? Have you tried deactivating all other plugins to see if there is maybe a conflict with another plugin? You might want to look into increasing the amount of PHP memory allocated to WordPress to see if this helps. Try those things first and let me know if they help at all and we’ll go from there.
