    I have added recurring events to my calendar and it is not showing on the calendar view for Aug and September? It shows the everything is updated and nothing is loading. I have erased cache? this is very annoying, as this is the entire reason I paid for this plug in. This is not the first occurrence of this issue, I though maybe the other website I tried to use it on had to many events and it was just to much for this widget but now I am thinking maybe this widget is good for recurring events?

    If this is a theme issue, I want my money back. I need you to work around the theme, not my theme work around a piece of my website… That makes no sense.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us!

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue with recurring events.

    We are aware of a bug that might be affecting you. When you are using the ‘once’ rule it can happen that some instances of the event are not generated.

    Our developers will look into this and if all goes well we will ship a fix for this in the second half of August.

    Unfortunately the screenshots you shared are too small and I cannot see what rules you have in place. If it is possible, then you can try to set up rules that don’t use ‘once’ and see if that solves it.

    I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.

    If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
