ParticipantHi Events Team!
We’re having an interesting issue on a Performing Arts Center website. We’ve added an Event that has recurrence. However, the Calendar doesn’t display all of the instances of the event. Also, the Event Loop for that event doesn’t display all the instances of that event. However, the individual Event Page does show all the correct dates (a custom pull from the ECP).
We’re at kind of a loss as to why this may be happening. Could you help?
I’ve tried changing over to the 2015 theme with the same issue.
I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins with the same issues as well.Recurrence settings: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0d84t7e981
Calendar (missing dates): http://www.numericapac.org/events/2015-05/
Events Loop (missing dates): http://www.numericapac.org/event/spamalot/all/
Events Page (all dates correct in sidebar): http://www.numericapac.org/event/spamalot/2015-05-07/Thanks!!

ParticipantHey Brad,
Sorry about your troubles here – I’m curious, what are your recurrence-related options set to in the “General Settings” section of the Events > Settings page in your admin? I took a screenshot of these options for reference → https://cloudup.com/cm4ew3kb3UE
Does changing these options affect the display of recurring events at all?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi George, thanks for your help.
Here is how those settings are set: http://cl.ly/image/0f0o1i1a060M
I tried “Recurring Event Instances” off and “Front End…” on and off and none of those settings changes seemed to make a difference.

ParticipantHey Brad,
Thanks for investigating these things.
This is some odd behavior if none of the options change the display, and deactivating plugins and such has no effect. I feel like we’re missing something here – what did you mean by your comment in your original post where you mention a “custom pull” – i.e., “a custom pull from the ECP”?
If you have any custom code on your site, I’d recommend first ensuring you have a backup of it all, and then that you try removing it from your site and see if any of the behavior you’ve mentioned for this issue is different at all.
Thanks for your patience with this issue Brad!
