GuestHello,
before I will buy the combination
– events calendar pro an
– event tickets plusI have a question whether it solves my project demand:
I am building a webpage for a yogastudio.
I need a
– class schedule on the page with all events and
– a booking system for workshops ( one day events) and yoga classes (multi day events).I am not sure if the feature “Recurring Events” is what I need.
I suppose “Recurring Events” are single events, which repeat and I can be booked single. But I need this:
One Event = one Yoga course combined by several days.
For example:
Event (=Course) “Poweryoga” – 10 day every Friday 19:00 – 20:30Every single day-event should be shown in the calendar,
but not be bookable as a single event.Just the whole course block (10 days) should be bookable.
Can I do this with events calendar pro and tickets plus?
Thanks a lot for your answer,
best wishesPeter
Kindly excuse my bad english, it is not my nativ language

MemberHi Peter,
Thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look at our plugins! At the moment, we do not offer complete support for adding tickets to recurring events using Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus. However, you may be able to use this combination for your intended setup here. Any tickets added a recurring event will apply to all events within the series, regardless of which calendar date the ticket is purchased on. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- There is no way to tell the difference between tickets that are purchased on different dates within a series. A ticket purchased on day 1 will look exactly the same as a ticket purchased on day 2, and so on.
- Any tickets purchased for a recurring event can only be checked in one time per ticket. If an attendee is checked in on day 1 and returns with the same ticket on day 2, that ticket cannot be checked in again. Administrators will need to manually track these attendees using another system.
Let us know if you should have any other questions about how this combination of plugins works in its current form! 🙂 Cheers, and thanks again for reaching out!
