Recurring events have same comments

Hello,

We have bought Pro for recurring events. However, when someone makes a comment on the event on a specific date, the comment is shown on all recurring events. How can we remove all comments and keep comments limited to the specified date?

We have a weekly meeting, but we don’t want old comments on new meetings.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

The best way to accomplish what you’re looking for would be to break the current meeting event out of the recurring series prior to the meeting and addition of the comments. You can do this while you’re on the current event on the front-end of your site. Hover over the “Edit Event” within your admin bar and select “Break from series” in the dropdown there.
