I’m seeing an issue that I can’t seem to get to the bottom of. I have an event that I’ve setup with a start day of June 10th, 2017 from 9am to 12pm. I’ve added two recurrences (Monthly), 1 for the Second Saturday and 1 for the Fourth Saturday. In addition, I’ve added two exclusions, 1 for the Last Saturday in May (Yearly) and 1 for the fourth Saturday in June, July, November, and December (Yearly). Once I save or update, the event(s), the “On” area, which I selected as “a different day” and entered my information as shown above, defaults back to “same day” and shows “An event every year that begins at 9:00AM on day 10 of , repeating indefinitely” (notice the month I selected is missing).
If I remove exclusions, the recurrence works correctly on the second and fourth saturdays every month.
I’ve tried using the 2017 WordPress theme with no plugins active except The Events Calendar/Pro, and Filter Bar and get the same issues.

Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry about this issue you are having with the exclusions. We are aware of this bug and we have an internal bugticket on file already. At the moment there is no date set for when the fix is going to be done.
Until then, as a workaround, you could possibly set up your recurrence rules without exclusions like this:
(The series end date you can set to your liking of course.)
