I have a client (an outdoor activities company) who needs to be able to schedule recurring events (chunks of time every day) which have tickets for a limited number of slots.
So let’s say we have three windows per day for a given event– say, rope climbing– 10-12, 1-3, and 3-6 and we schedule those to recur daily. Each window has 20 tickets and once the window sells out, it is closed for that day. So if all 20 tickets were sold for the 1-3 window on Monday, rope climbing at 10-12 and 3-6 would still be purchasable for that day, and perhaps the 1-3 window would still be available on Tuesday or some other day.
I just want to make sure before proposing that we use this software together that it will enable us to have separate blocks of tickets for each individual event in a recurring series, and that we can configure these in bulk using recurring events. I don’t want a system where they would have to be putting in each and every window for each event as they have these events daily for the entire season and this would be silly.
Is that something that Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus can do together, out of the box?
