    When an event with recurring dates on the same time and another set on a different time are entered, we get an event on the starting date with the different time. This happens on a custom theme with numerous plugins and the Twenty Seventeen theme with just the Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro plugins enabled.

    In this example, the event should repeat every Wednesday at 8am (the same time as the initial event) and then every Thursday at 1pm.

    Thanks for taking the time to report that.

    Unfortunately, we are aware of this issue with recurring events. The good news is that we are already working on a fix that we are aiming to release in our next maintenance release of our plugins.

    I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.

    Just wanted to share with you that a new release of our plugins is out, including a fix for this issue 🙂

    Please bear in mind that if you currently have recurring events with this problem, you will need to re-save them after this update so that the series regenerates correctly.

    As always, we suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can make all plugin updates without disrupting the live site.
