Recurring events dropdown missing

I purchased the pro version of the plugin and installed it. I don’t see the recurring rules dropdown. When I press add another rule, it refreshes the page and does nothing. In the Google chrome’s console, I see the following JavaScript error:

events-admin.js?ver=4.3.3:147 Uncaught TypeError: $(…).bumpdown is not a function(…)

I tried re-installing the plugin and diverting to default theme but nothing works. Could you please help me out on this issue?

Hi James.

There are others reporting this issue, but none of us here have been able to reproduce it.

Since quite a few people have reported it, I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

James, I solved this by making sure that both the WordPress URL and Site URL used https under General > Settings.

Thanks for sharing your solution, Randall. I had the same issue and this was the problem. When I installed my SSL I had neglected to change my general settings to https. The drop downs show up fine now.
