Recurring events don't show in list and calendar view

Hi there,

after searching the forum for pretty long time I understand that it is a known bug that recurring events don’t show in list and calendar view (only the first one appears).

Since this feature is essential to us, I’d love to hear when you guys are planing to get this fixed.

Personally I’m not aware of it and couldn’t find any related bugs logged in our product backlog. Can you please point me to a thread related to this issue?

Also, Can you please describe the issue? Is this related to the ​show only first upcoming event in list type views setting?

thank you for your support.

We have created this event:

In the event settings we have chosen two recurring events being

02-14-2017 and 03-14-2017

However, these two recurring events won’t show up on the event calendar list:

It’s a bit strange because I’m not seeing the recurrences here also: https://www.you-can-fight.com/event/you-can-fight-krav-maga-instructor-advanced-modul-c-2/all/ . I could find this event: https://www.you-can-fight.com/event/you-can-fight-krav-maga-instructor-advanced-modul-c-3/ but doesn’t seem to be an instance of the other one or is it?

Can you check that the option WP-Admin > Events > Settings > General > Recurring event instances is unchecked?

Also, please send a screenshot of the event recurrence settings in the back-end so I can take a look.

yes, strange.

https://www.you-can-fight.com/event/you-can-fight-krav-maga-instructor-advanced-modul-c-3/

is not an instance of the mentioned. It’s a separate event.

WP-Admin > Events > Settings > General > Recurring event instances IS unchecked.

I couldn’t find your screenshot attached (and I also deleted a duplicate post for your last reply). Can you please re-try with the attachment?

Maybe you can use an image sharing service like cloudup.com if you are having troubles attaching the image to the reply!
