Recurring Events do not work on our theme/framework

Dear Support,

We are using a Gantry5 theme. From looking at other forum posts, we tried deactivating both our theme and the Gantry plugins to get recurring events to work. This is a major disruption to our site to do this. I suppose there is not a workaround. We bought your bundle that included PRO specifically for this feature. Is there a way to get a credit back on a part of the bundle or add another feature?

Of course if there is a way to make this compatible, that is ideal.

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear that recurring events doesn’t seem to work.

Could you please share with me more details on what is not working exactly? We might be able to find a solution. The more details you can give me the better.

What parts of Gantry are you using? Are those publicly available so I can run some tests?

Is it the Gantry Framework plugin causing issues or is it the Protean theme?
