ParticipantOn my event pages there’s no sign of Events Services and the box ‘Select multiple events’ below the Time & Date. I used to have that but it’s gone. How can I get that back? I need to set up some recurring events. That part is missing on my existing events pages too.

MemberHey Graham,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Can you please confirm that both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are installed and up to date? You can download the latest versions here.
If both plugins are installed and up to date but the issue persists, please share your system info with us.
Also, I would suggest you to use Chrome Developer Tools to spot any console errors in your site. Access your event submission page (using Google Chrome) and press F12. After that click on the Console menu and send us a screenshot / let us know if you see any errors in there.
Thanks!
Patricia

Whoah! You broke something!
Just kidding! You tried going to http://ayton-village.org/event/ayton-walk-it-group-walk/2017-10-19/, which doesn’t exist, so that means I probably broke something. The following is a list of the latest posts from the blog. Maybe it will help you find what you’re looking for.

MemberHi Graham,
I’m sorry to hear that you are getting this 404 error now, let me help you to solve this!
Can you please confirm that both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are up to date? The latest versions are 4.6.1 and 4.4.18. After that, please access your Dashboard and head over to Settings -> Permalinks for a permalink flush (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically flush your permalinks once you visit it). Be sure to clear your site cache and browser cache after this change.
Does it help you to solve to solve the problem? If the issue persists, please let me know and I’ll be happy to further investigate your case.
Thanks!
