Hi – I jus bought the events aggregator for my website, and after some time I realise it doens’t even have recurring events, which I’d have to pay more money for. So I’d like to request my money back and return the product. I can’t tie the chraity into having to pauy this much money every year just to put our events on the website.

    Thanks,
    Kerry Prest

    Hi Kerry,

Oh shoot, so sorry for the mixup there! You’re right: Event Aggregator allows you to import events from other sources (like Facebook) but does not include the ability to create recurring events.

I’ve gone ahead and submitted a refund for your purchase and you should see the funds back in your account in the next 5-10 business days.

If you are looking for recurring events, then do please check out our Events Calendar PRO plugin instead. It does indeed allow you to create them.

I’d also like to encourage you to check out our non-profit program. It sounds like you’re running a charity and we do grant free license of Events Calendar PRO for qualified applicants. 🙂

Sorry again for the miscommunication but I hope this helps! Please let me know if you need anything else and I’d be happy to help. 🙂

    Thanks,
    Geoff

Thanks Geoff – I’ve just made an application for the non-profit version of the Pro licence.
    Good to know!
    Thanks,
