GuestHi,
I have some questions regarding Recurring Event and Ticket Plus.
Recently I have purchased Event Calendar Pro and Ticket Plus and setup on my end. But I am having some confusion about Recurring Event.Basically I sell tickets for my theater.
1- If I create Recurring Event and create a ticket for the event. Suppose I have an event 1 June and next one is 8 June. I want to use same ticket I have created for these two ticket. When I create a Recurring Event there is an error shows on ticket section and it says “This is a recurring event. If you add tickets they will only show up on the next upcoming event in the recurrence pattern. The same ticket form will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.“. Can you tell me the details how I can use same ticket for Recurring Events. and how can we identify this ticket is for which event?
We want to use same ticket for Recurring Event.
2- What is the process of adding QR code and how we can check in attendees using qr code scanner.
3- I have added License key On local server. Will it affect when I goes live on my domain and add it again on live server.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, recurring events still don’t support tickets in the way that you are referring to. You can technically add tickets to a series, but it will be the same ticket on every occurrence in the series (i.e. you won’t be able to distinguish which occurrence the user intended to purchase the ticket for). Sorry for the bad news here!
One way around this would be to create a series of recurring events and then to break each event from the series, and add a ticket for that event. You would essentially be using the recurring event feature to populate your calendar, and then create separate tickets for all events. I know that this is not an ideal solution, but it is a workable one for now.
In addition, we’d love for you to vote on this idea in our feature request, as we do take customer feedback into consideration when implementing new features:
QR codes should be automatically sent with your ticket emails. You can find out more information about how to use those QR codes here:

You should not experience any issues when moving your license from your local to your live site. The following articles can provide a bit more context:

Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterUnfortunately, I don’t have an ETA for when this feature will be available. Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
