Hello, if I set a recurring event series and one instance sells out / is canceled for weather / etc., what are my options for marking that one instance as sold out / canceled in the grid/list views and/or changing the content of the listing for that specific instance (hiding a ticketing link, for example)?

    Thanks,
    Colin

Hey Colin. As it stands now you’d have to do it either in the event title or event description; make the change, then elect to – upon being prompted – have that change only impact this one event, instead of every event in the series. Would that accomplish what you’re going for?

Also: when the Eventbrite plugin comes out (which we’re working on now and should have in beta by the end of the month), it’ll include an option for hiding ticketing details from an individual event too.

This is definitely helpful Rob, thanks. I’m excited for the Eventbrite plugin launch!

Excellent to hear. We’re making good progress on it; if you email me (rob at tri.be) sometime next week, I could get you into the beta if you’re interested in that sort of thing 🙂
