ParticipantHi. Found a similar discussion in the forums, but the solution there didn’t work. When you click on a recurring event’s Show All, there’s just a blank page. Same if you click on a Venue or Organizer page:
http://glass.rokkitmarketing.com/event/rent/all/
http://glass.rokkitmarketing.com/venue/88/
http://glass.rokkitmarketing.com/organizer/e-c-glass-high-school-theatre-department/I’ve disabled all plugins and reverted to stock Twenty Fifteen theme.
I tried flushing the permalinks.I also looked for a single event incorrectly marked as recurring (like the other person found) and there isn’t one.

ParticipantSorry to see these issues Russell! Since you’ve tried some of the other common troubleshooting steps here, can you see if any errors pop up on your site if you head to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:
define('WP_DEBUG', true); That will display PHP errors if any exist, which might be quite useful here.
Thank you!

ParticipantHey Russell,
Sorry I forgot to ask this in my first reply, but can you also clarify the following details?
1. What version of The Events Calendar is currently active on your site?
2. What version of Events Calendar Pro is currently active on your site?
3. What version of WordPress are you running?Thank you!

ParticipantHi George. I turned on Debugging, but it didn’t throw any PHP errors.
WordPress: v4.2.4
The Events Calendar: v3.11.2
The Events Calendar Pro: v3.10.1August 6, 2015 at 10:30 am #993971George
ParticipantThank for trying the WP_DEBUG step! And though it seems like a small detail, the version inconsistency if your active versions could lead to issues like this.
So for now, can you try updating Events Calendar Pro on your site to the most recent version? You can access it at http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads at any time.
The Events Calendar should be at 3.11.2 and Events Calendar Pro should both be 3.11.1.
Let us know if this helps!

ParticipantUpgrading fixed it. Shouldn’t it show that there is an update available in the dashboard though? I had to download the update and install it. The new version wasn’t showing up in the dashboard under updates.

MemberHey @Russell! George is out today, but I wanted to follow up here to thank you for marking this thread as resolved. Nice work upgrading to fix things up!
Yes, you would absolutely see an available update for PRO if you have registered your license key for it on this site to the domain of the site.
Thanks again for reaching out and please feel free to hit us up if any other question pop up–we’d be happy to help. 🙂
