ParticipantDue to the strong response to our Cyber Monday sales, we’ve fallen a bit behind on responding here in our forums. I do apologize for that. We don’t like it when that happens and are working hard at catching up. We will get to your question just as quick as we can.

ParticipantHi, John. Great question! 🙂
This looks like an issue that happened with one of our earlier releases, but has been fixed in recent ones. Would you mind posting your System Info, found in the Help Tab of the Events Calendar Settings, so that I can get a better feel for your setup?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, John. Thanks for the screenshot. The system information is in a black box further down the screen. You should be able to copy and paste it into a reply here.
Also, according to this: http://d.pr/i/q0Rf you still are running an earlier version of our plugin. We’d appreciate it if you would complete the update to 3.2 so that we can ensure that we’re all troubleshooting on the same software.
Was there a reason that you’ve decided to continue running an earlier release?

ParticipantThanks for confirming that, John. 🙂
Do you know if this started happening after something in particular was updated? Yours is the first report we’ve had of this behavior with the 3.2 release.
In the past, this was the solution to the issue that I think I understand you to be having:
https://theeventscalendar.com/recurring-events-dialog-fix/
Please give that a try and let me know how it goes. 🙂
