Recurring Event is repeating itself

How to I do set recurring event on specific dates like I want one on 8th, 16 and 21 of Feb. I have tried custom but it is repeat the event everyday in the calendar.

I have found solution that was a little tricky to figure out but I am guessing it the only way correct?

So set to custom then make it end that month and then set day to the day I want so 6th.

An event every 1 month(s) on day 6 that lasts 0 day(s) and 9.99 hour(s), the last of which will begin on 2016-02-29

Hi Alana,

It does look like you have the solution.  I am not sure if I completely understand what you are asking, but if I believe you want an event to occur every month on certain dates.  If that is the case, then you are doing it correctly.

If you want something to occur every month on the 6th, you would set the recurrence rule to Every month on “the date you want”, and then set the end date.  You would use “Custom” if you want the even to happen on a specific day such as “the second Tuesday of every month”.
