ParticipantHey guys,
We’re loving the new super-custom recurrence additions you added in here!
We have a recurring event that’s been setup, but the Exclusions don’t seem to be working. Or maybe we’re doing it wrong!
The event is called: ELEVATE Dance Diversity University
You can see the settings here: http://cl.ly/image/3W3W3d17210G
And the front-end calendar here: http://cl.ly/image/0o1Z0K3S1k3W and here: http://www.numericapac.org/events/2015-12/
You’ll see the event shows on /2015/12/20 and 2016/1/17 even though we’re not wanting it to.Are we doing something wrong, or could you help us?
Thanks!

MemberHi Brad. Thanks for the links; they really helped.
I entered your same recurrence pattern on my testing site and experienced the same as you. I’ve confirmed it’s one of our recently-discovered bugs and shared your notes with our developers.
We take bug reports seriously, and they’ll address it, but I cannot provide any time estimate.
Thank you for patience with this bug and for being a valued customer.

MemberThanks for sharing, Susie. We do our best to update all support tickets once a bug is squashed. Hopefully this thread will receive such loving when that time comes. 🙂

ParticipantCan you please update me on this also. I have an event recurring daily from 30 Sep to 15 Oct, but I want to exclude the Mondays (10/5 and 10/12) and Tuesdays (10/6 and 10/13), but it is generating daily events for days.
Here is my set up:

Here is the link to the calendar where you can see the events have been created for the dates that should have been excluded http://www.proartepatzcuaro.com/event/ficm-presenta-cartelera-de-la-primer-quincena-de-octubre/all/

MemberBrad, you’re welcome. Thanks for your understanding.
Jon, yup, excluding events from a recurring sequence is the bug here.
This forum post should get updated once a fix is out. Obviously, this is a common issue and one our developers are well aware of and working on.
