Recurring calendar announcement

I would like to highlight the last full week to remind users of something, i.e. the last full week of each month is “Sparring Week” can you set a recurring announcement each month that does this??

or can I put content underneath my month calendar view of the page that says “Sparring Week last full week of the month”?

This would NOT be an event. I am picturing a highlighted week that says “Sparring Week”

Hi Kim,

Great question!

I think the easiest way to do this is to take advantage of the Featured Events feature. In other words, you can create a recurring event that repeats the last week of every month, then select the “Featured Event” option in the Event Options box in the event editor (screenshot).

Enabling that will spotlight the event by making it a different color than other events and make it the first event in Month View.

Or, if you would prefer, you could go to the Events > Settings > Display screen and add custom text to the bottom of all calendar pages in the “Add HTML after event content” box at the bottom of the settings screen.
